What we collect

• Your email, if you subscribe. The newsletter runs on Beehiiv. When you sign up, Beehiiv stores your email address and standard email stats such as opens and clicks. We use it to send the newsletter. That’s it.
• Emails you send us. If you email [email protected], we keep the message so we can reply and track submissions and corrections.
• Basic site data. We don’t run ad trackers or analytics scripts on this site right now. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site. If we add analytics, we’ll name the tool here first.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
• Theme setting. The light/dark switch is saved in your browser only. It is not sent to us.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, rent or trade our list. Sponsors never get subscriber emails.
• We don’t share your email with vendors we cover.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To have us delete your email or any message you sent us, email [email protected].
